We paid a visit to the sales office to take a look at some of the standard items such as toilets, sinks and tubs since we had not yet looked at these items in the design center and these things need to be finalized now. Usually, prior to Toll Brothers starting a home, all three design center appointments must be completed and selections finalized, then there is a waiting period prior to starting the home. However, in our case, they wanted to start our home sooner and started without us even having our first design center appointment. Therefore, certain things needed to be addressed earlier in the process.
Now, here's the really exciting part...our foundation has been poured!!! According to my last construction update the materials should be delivered on Monday to begin framing. We are a long way from living in the house, but we are definitely making progress. All smiles over here!
