The construction manager gave us our usual construction update yesterday and informed us that things are moving along smoothly. He said that the framing was proceeding well and that house wrap was starting to be applied. Next up...deliver the rest of the materials for framing and the SHINGLES!
I am working on getting a construction timeline from the builder so that I have a better idea about the remaining steps and to keep an eye on them ;-).
