Weekly Construction Update

As we get closer to closing, the less there is to do, and therefore, the updates contain less and less to expect. Nevertheless, this is what is coming up:

• Preparation for the hardwood floors will begin this week and the hardwood installation should start Wednesday or Thursday
• Carpet installation should begin next Tuesday
• The accent tile will be addressed once the materials arrive
• The upgraded thermostats, included as part of the National Sales Event, will be installed
